Fertilization Injection Unit
fertilization Injection of the different fertilizer components and the acid takes place by means of a booster pump and several venturis. In case of electrical malfunction, it is possible to override the system by hand. The machine can inject two different A and B solutions regulating acid. A separate circuit for dosing fungicides and insecticides is supplied. Both the A and B acid and pesticides flows are provided with flow glasses for visual control. On the stainless steel frame is a pump panel and an empty box for the transmitters to be installed by the third parties who will deliver the computer. On the pump panel is a dead man?s switch that immediately stops the system. Ec (2x) pH (2x) sensors and paddlewheel for flow measuring are included.

 

Drip Irrigation
drip Creating a highly uniform top quality crop - which is what to expect when water and fertilizer uniformity are improved. Drip irrigation system feature both pressure compensation and a built-in check valve. This combination of features is the highest level of technology available in drippers today. This technology ensures that every plant will receive exactly the same amount of water and fertilizer regardless of where the plant is located within the system. Each dripper adjusts itself automatically to the system pressure and elevation so that even on rolling or sloped ground, the uniformity of watering is 94%. The built-in check valve prevents unwanted drainage of the system onto the lowest plants when the watering cycle is completed.

 

Irrigation Room
irrigation Supply water to the greenhouse is a complicated task, pumps, tanks, containers, controllers and other electronic & mechanical part are needed, inorder to protect all the equipment and allow central control of the system, a room that hosts all of the system is needed.

 

Irrigation Boom
boom The irrigation boom allows comprehensive control over most of the centralized irrigation process in the greenhouse or nursery. It is equipped with sprinklers at a distance of 30 cm, each consuming approximately 2.5 liters of water per minute at a pressure of 2 bars.
This way, at an angle of 1100 and length of 8 meters, the irrigation boom is equipped with 24 sprinklers providing water at a volume of approximately 60 liters per minute.
Another pure benefit of the irrigation boom is its ability to fertilize and disinfect the crops during the irrigation process.
The boom moves on top of a central axle above the crop and is managed by a computerized controller that can irrigate the crop according to its requirements and add any fertilizer or pesticides needed.
